The structural framing consists of reinforced concrete beams, columns, and solid slabs. A reinforced concrete core wall has been provided for the elevator shaft and stairwell.

Structural analysis and design of all structural components such as foundation, floor slabs, beams, columns, stairs, basement retaining walls, and underground water tank. Also complete structural plans such as foundation plan, floor framing plan, roof framing plan, structural details, schedule of beams & columns, general structural notes, and material specifications.
MEP calculations including HVAC, drainage, water supply, power, and voltage drop. Equipment selections based on different types of applications and selection of convenient electromechanical systems. We provided riser diagrams for all trades and SLD (single line diagram). Complete MEP design along with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications and General installation details.
